Velosum to exhibit at 2009 International Parking Expo

Denver, Co. May 13, 2009 – Velosum, Inc. (www.velosum.com) encourages parking managers and administrators to attend the 2009 International Parking Expo and Conference taking place May 17-20 in Denver, Colorado.  Velosum’s unique parking system, vCitePlus, aligns with this year’s theme, “Parking in a Changing World.”  Using Anoto digital pen and paper technology, vCitePlus provides parking organizations with an intuitive system that reduces costs and increases citation revenues.

As organizations tighten budgets, the digital pen makes the ideal tool for the capture of citation information.  “Digital pen and paper can be implemented across an organization at 40-60% less than handheld devices,” said Michael Critchfield, Velosum’s Sales and Marketing Vice President.  vCitePlus can be integrated into an existing management system or stand alone to provide all the tools and reports that drive an efficient, revenue focused parking organization.

Attendees will be able to use the digital pen and paper technology to handwrite citations and view the real-time transfer of the handwritten forms to digital format in vCitePlus’ back end processing and reporting platform.  Features include integration of photographic evidence on each violation, real-time GPS-map tracking of citations, scofflaw alerts, and a motorist portal for online payments and appeals.

“It is Velosum’s goal to be able to provide a parking management platform that adds value to all stakeholders in the parking process – administrators, officers and the motorists.  The Parking Expo is a great opportunity for us to show potential customers the benefits of our solution,” said Critchfield.  Come visit Velosum at booth #845 for a full demonstration.
